the ham belt

I don't really have anyone to talk about food with here in Eugene, and my cats don't seem to want to listen anymore, so I've created this place for me to drop notes about what ever food related topics are passing through my mind. Right now, I'm thinking about restaurants, and how working in them kinda sucks, but how it's also pretty great at the same time. It doesn't seem anyone here in Eugene is willing to pay me to make food, which means I'm probably going to have to start commuting to Portland for work each week, which is going to suck bad.
